Northern Reflections’ Ex- President, Lalonnie Biggar, has been with the organization for over 20 years and in retail leadership roles for over 3 decades. Her career in fashion retail began at T Eaton Company, before advancing through senior executive positions at Dylex and Comark. In her leadership functions she is a known expert in product sourcing, contract negotiation and, most importantly, people development.

Northern Reflections is incredibly grateful to Lalonnie for her exceptional contribution to this business over the years, not only positioning us so well within the retail market of women’s apparel but also being the driving force behind such an iconic Canadian brand.  Her energy, determination and integrity have been truly inspirational, and she will leave an incredible legacy which will live on at Northern Reflections for years to come.
