Accumulating Northern Friends Dollars

Members will accumulate Northern Friends Dollars by making purchases at participating Northern Reflections stores or online and will receive Northern Friends dollars at a rate of $1 (one) Northern Friends Dollar for every $20 of merchandise purchased (excludes gift cards, taxes & shipping). Applicable Northern Friends Dollars will be deducted from the Member’s account upon merchandise returns. In some cases, it can take more than seventy-two (72) hours to update a Member’s account. At Northern Reflections’ sole discretion, additional Northern Friends Dollars may be awarded to Members who reach certain cumulative Northern Friends Dollar plateaus or make purchases according to pre-specified conditions.

Redeeming Northern Friends Dollars

The Rewards Card must be presented, or the required information provided at time of purchase to be entitled to receive Northern Friends Dollars. Northern Friends Dollars can only be redeemed in store. All or part of the Northern Friends Dollars can be redeemed as a credit towards merchandise (excluding gift cards and taxes) when a member has accumulated a minimum of twenty-five (25) Northern Friends Dollars. The Rewards Card is not a credit card and the Northern Friends Dollars have no cash value. The Rewards Card is for the Member’s personal use, and may not be transferred or sold. Please note that in some cases, it can take up to 48 hours for Friends Dollars earned to be reflected in your account.

Marketing Communications

By enrolling in the Program, Members agree to the collection, use and sharing of their personal information for marketing purposes, allowing Northern Reflections to communicate with them by direct mail, telemarketing, email and by Automatic Dialing Announcing Devices to the telephone number provided advising them about sales, promotions, special incentives, store events and bonuses.
