NR Friends Loyalty Program - Terms & Conditions
(Effective January 1st, 2026)
The NR Friends Loyalty Program (the “Program”) is valid at Northern Reflections store locations in Canada and online at www.northernreflections.com
Earn Rewards with Every Purchase!
Members earn NR Friends Loyalty Program reward dollars for every purchase made at any Northern Reflections store or online when signed into a registered account linked to your Northern Friends profile. For every $20 spent (after discounts and coupons are applied, Reward Dollars are redeemed, and before taxes and shipping), you’ll receive $1 in Reward Dollars.
Note: Reward Dollars are not earned on Gift Card purchases and may not be added manually. If you return merchandise, any applicable Reward Dollars will be deducted from your account.
Only one membership/account is permitted per person.
In the case of a discrepancy between customer records and the Northern Reflections database, Northern Reflections records will govern. Discrepancies must be addressed with Northern Reflection’s Customer Service Centre within sixty [60] days of the date on which the discrepancy occurred.
NR Friends Loyalty Program membership is a privilege that can be revoked/terminated by Northern Reflections at any time and without compensation. Amendments to the NR Friends Loyalty Program terms and conditions will be posted on our website.
Spend Your Rewards!
You can redeem your NR Friends Loyalty Program reward dollars at any Northern Reflections store or online, provided you’re signed into your registered account. A minimum of $25 in Reward Dollars is required for redemption. You can use all or part of your Reward Dollars as credit toward your purchase (excluding Gift Cards and before taxes and shipping). Remember, Northern Friends Reward Dollars have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
NR Friends Loyalty Program reward dollars expire twelve (12) months after the calendar month in which the Reward Dollars were earned. For example, if you earn Reward Dollars on January 15, 2026, they will expire on February 1 2027. The oldest Reward Dollars will be used first for redemptions.
All Northern Friends Reward Dollars earned prior to January 1, 2026, will expire May 31, 2026.
