Carolyn Coles-Devine joined the Northern Reflections team in 2022 as the SVP Customer Experience and Chief Marketing Officer.

Aa a retail industry veteran Coles-Devine brings 20 years of experience to her role, having previously managed the marketing and digital teams at Canada Goose and lululemon, two of Canada's most iconic retail brands.

In her leadership role at Northern Reflections Carolyn oversees the Marketing, Store Operations, Omni-Channel, and Ecommerce functions at Northern Reflections and strives to grow this iconic brand commercially and brand-wise. A passionate people leader and developer, Carolyn is deeply invested in developing and supporting her talented team.
