The Northern Friends Rewards Program
® (the “Program”) is valid at all Northern Reflections stores and online at
www.northernreflections.com.
membership enrollment
Customers may become a member (“Member”) in the Program by acquiring a Northern Friends Rewards Card (the “Rewards Card”) at any Northern Reflections store. Each Rewards Card has a unique number and is registered in the member’s name. Limit one (1) Rewards Card per customer.
accumulating friends dollars
Members will accumulate Northern Friends Dollars by making purchases at any Northern Reflections store or online and will receive Northern Friends Dollars at a rate of 5% of regular or sale priced merchandise purchased (excludes gift cards, taxes and shipping). Applicable Northern Friends Dollars will be deducted from the member’s account upon merchandise returns. Minimum seventy-two (72) hours required to update a Member’s account.
redeeming friends dollars
The Rewards Card must be presented at time of purchase to redeem Northern Friends Dollars. All or part of the Northern Friends Dollars can be redeemed as a credit towards regular or sale priced merchandise (excluding gift cards, taxes and shipping) when a Member has accumulated a minimum of $25 Northern Friends Dollars. The Rewards Card is not a credit card and Northern Friends Dollars have no cash value. The Rewards Card is for the Member’s person use, and may not be transferred or sold.
expiry and general information
Northern Friends Dollars expire 24 months after issuance, upon termination of the Program, or upon a Member’s request to be removed from the Program. Northern Reflections Ltd. reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions of the Program from time to time without notice. By enrolling in the Program, the member agrees to the Full Terms and Conditions including any future modifications available in stores or on-line. The Program and the Member’s right to use the Rewards Card and to redeem all or part of the Northern Friends Dollars as a credit towards merchandise may be terminated or changed at any time without notice. Northern Reflections is not responsible for lost or stolen Rewards Cards.

By enrolling in the Program, Members agree to the collection, use and sharing of their personal information allowing Northern Reflections to communicate with them by mail, telemarketing, e-mail and by Automatic Dialing Announcing Devices to the telephone number provided advising them about sales, promotions, special incentives, store events and bonuses.
