As Canada, and the world, responds to the quickly changing challenges of coronavirus (COVID-19), on behalf of all of us at Northern Reflections, we hope everyone is staying safe and healthy while finding comfort and strength in one another.

Since our top priority remains protecting the safety and well-being of our Customers, Associates, and communities, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close all of our stores across Canada at the end of business today March 18th, until further notice.

During this time, we appreciate that you may wish to shop from home and therefore, we will continue to provide support and new styles on and shop-by-phone (1-87-SIMPLY-NR). Know that we are just a click or a call away and our Customer Service team remains available and dedicated to helping you. We are also here to answer questions about the ordering process or your existing ship-to-store purchases.

In an effort to provide the most inclusive and uninterrupted experience for our Customers during this time, we are waiving standard shipping fees on all Canadian orders and have extended our return policy to 60 days (after purchase date). We hope that brightens your day a bit.

Rest assured, we are closely monitoring the situation daily and will continue to respond as changes arise and look forward to seeing you again soon.
