Holiday Return Policy

The Holiday Return Policy will be in effect until January 11th, 2020.

For returns received prior to January 11th 2020, a full refund will be applied to the credit card used at the time of purchase.

For returns received after January 11th, 2020 a refund for the current selling price will be applied to the credit card used at the time of purchase if returning to our Distribution Centre. If returning in store, a merchandise credit will be issued for the current selling price.

Items returned or exchanged must be unworn, unwashed, and in re-saleable condition with all tags & price ticket attached.

Final sale items are not returnable (i.e. Jockey, gift cards, and bath & body products).

Shipping charges and return postage are non-refundable.

Returning Or Exchanging Your In-store Purchases

Bring items to any Northern Reflections store location in Canada for a refund or exchange. Provided the merchandise is unworn, unwashed, and tags are still attached. The return of in-store purchases cannot be accepted by mail.For returns within 30 days of purchase, with the original sales receipt, we will be pleased to provide a full refund in the manner in which it was originally paid or an exchange for merchandise of equal value.For returns after 30 days, a merchandise credit note for the current selling price will be issued or an exchange for merchandise equal to the current selling price will be provided.For returns without a receipt, a merchandise credit note for the current selling price will be issued or an exchange for merchandise equal to the current selling price will be provided.

 

For purchases made with a gift receipt we offer an exchange or a merchandise credit for the value of the gift receipt within 30 days of purchase.

Returning Or Exchanging Your Online Purchases In-store

Online purchases may be returned to any Northern Reflections store location in Canada for refund or exchange following the same practices as for in-store purchases. The customer invoice, included with the shipment, must be presented as the original sales receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have the tags attached.

Returning Or Exchanging Your Online Purchases By Mail

For returns received within 30 days of the order date we will be pleased to provide a full refund to the credit card used for the purchase. For returns received after 30 days of the order date, a refund for the current selling price will be made to the credit card used for the purchase. Shipping charges and return postage are non-refundable. Online purchases may be returned by mail to:

Price Adjustments

In-store Purchases

One price adjustment per item will be honoured on presentation of the original sales receipt within 7 days of the original purchase date

Online Purchases

One price adjustment per item will be honoured by contacting Customer Relations @ 1.877.467.5967 or nrcustomer.relations@northernreflections.com within 7 days of the order date.
After the prices are adjusted, the Customer will receive an updated invoice and the original invoice will no longer be valid as proof of purchase.
Orders that originally qualified for free shipping that fall below the free shipping threshold after the price adjustment is completed will be subject to our posted shipping fee and will be applied accordingly.

Merchandise Credit Notes

A credit note may be used for the purchase of merchandise at any Northern Reflections store location in Canada. They may not be used for the purchase of Northern Reflections gift cards. Credit notes do not have any expiry date. A credit note is equivalent to cash and thus a lost, stolen or destroyed note cannot be reissued.
