Paula Benetello is an Advisor/Consultant providing, guidance, support, and advice on critical business initiatives, to the Northern Reflections senior leadership team and ownership. She has been with Northern Reflections for over 20 years and recently transitioned from her full-time leadership roles as SVP Human Resources and Board Advisor.  

Paula has consistently strived to maximize business success through talent acquisition, retention strategies, and solutions centered on Northern Reflections most valuable resource -- its people. Creating a strong culture that aligns to our brand and empowering our Associates to realize their full potential. Additionally, her solid financial understanding of the business and trusted relationship with senior management plays a critical role in supporting our strategic goals.
