Our sleep patterns tend to get a little haywire over the holidays, so it’s the perfect time of year to upgrade your bedtime routine for a good night’s sleep (a hydrating eye mask, some scented hand creams and a lavender pillow spray are a few fab additions).
And, of course, you’ll want to make sure you’ve got the right clothes to help you relax. Choose something comfy and warm with a festive touch to really cozy up your shut-eye.
Schedule Some Me-Time
It’s the most wonderful time of the year – but also one of the busiest! Remember to set aside some time for you to relax and recharge, whether that means planning an at-home spa day or curling up with a good book or gifting yourself something special. Indulge in whatever makes you happy!
