1. How does it work?
All of our products online are available for in store pick up as it is sent to a store of your choice from our distribution center. On the Shopping Cart page, ensure that your delivery option is selected to "Pick Up In Store". You will then be able to Sign In or Continue as a Guest. On the Shipping page, you will have the option to enter your contact information and select the store where you would like to pick up your order. Select your Province and your City/Town for location options. Choose a convenient store and Continue to process your order. Enter all of your Billing information to review your order � ensure that your order is being shipped to the store of your choice. Place your order and we will send you your confirmation e-mail with pick up instructions.Bring this e-mail, your Order Confirmation and personal photo ID to the store that you've selected and ask an associate for assistance.

2. How do I know if an item is available for pick up?
We are continuously looking for ways to provide you with the most flexibility and convenience. All of our products online are available for in store pick up as it is sent to a store of your choice from our distribution center. You can check availability from the Product page or Shopping Cart.

3. When do I go to the store?
Provided we have no problems processing payment, an associate from the store will phone you to let you know when your order will be available for pick up.

4. Can I change my mind and have the item shipped?
Provided we have no problems processing payment, an associate from the store will phone you to let you know when your order will be available for pick up.

5. Can someone else pick up my order?
For your security, only the person who placed the order may pick up the item. We are continuously looking for ways to provide you with additional flexibility and convenience that is secure and "Worry-free". Check back periodically to see what new options we offer.

6. What are the store hours?
Store hours vary. Please contact the store with the phone number provided on the Order Confirmation page.

7. What do I bring with me to the store?
Bring your Order Confirmation, Confirmation e-mail and personal photo ID.

8. How do I return my purchase?
You can return your item at the store or send it back to the distribution center along with your Return slip.

9. How do I cancel my purchase?
You can cancel your order only if it has not yet shipped. Contact customer service.
