Every time you purchase any Northern product, you earn Friends Dollars at the rate of one Friends Dollar for every $20.00 (excluding taxes) you spend.

Once you've accumulated a minimum of twenty-five Friends Dollars, you can redeem all or part as a credit towards any Northern merchandise - regular or sale priced. The more you buy, the more Friends Dollars you'll get to spend later.

Please note: the total amount of Friends Dollars on your Northern Friends Rewards card can be instantly updated at any participating Northern store. Ask any Sales Associate. Also, you must redeem your Friends Dollars within 24 months of the dollar issue date or you will forfeit those Friends Dollars. The Northern Friends Rewards card must be presented at time of purchase in order to be entitled to its benefits. Your card is for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with another person.

Double Friends Dollars Tuesdays
Every Tuesday, Northern Friends members earn Northern Friends Dollars at the rate of two for every $20 of purchases - double the normal rate.

Birthday Bonus
An extra 10% discount is given to all Northern Friends members, on any merchandise purchased, during the week of the member's birthday. Members simply provide us with suitable identification and claim their extra savings discount.

New Member Contest
In the month you enrol in the Northern Friends program your name is automatically entered into a draw (new member contest).

1.In the event my local Northern store closes, will I be affected in any way as a Northern Friends member?
We value our loyal customers. If you are a Northern Friends Rewards Program member, any points that you have accumulated to date will not be lost. The Northern Friends Rewards Program card can still be used to accumulate or redeem points at any of our Northern Reflections® stores.

2.How do I replace my lost or misplaced Northern Friends Rewards Program card?
In the event you have lost or misplaced your Northern Friends Rewards Program card, please visit any Northern store location to purchase a new card. If it is possible, return to the store where you originally purchased your card as they may still have your membership information and application on file. Please ensure your new application is marked with a �replacement card� request. The store will then be able to transfer any points that you have accumulated to your new card. If you do not have record of your previous card number, you may obtain this information from an old sales receipt.

3.Do Northern Friends Rewards Dollars Expire?
Yes, Friends Dollars have a rolling expiry. This means: from the day you are awarded a particular amount of Dollars, you have 24 months to redeem them in-store for FREE Northern merchandise.
