1. What is a Northern Reflections® Gift Card?
The Northern Reflections® Gift Card is a reusable plastic card similar to a debit card. Use this card to purchase merchandise at our stores. So convenient and great for gift giving!

2. How and where can I use a Northern Reflections® Gift Card?
The Northern Reflections® Gift Card is only redeemable for merchandise at any Northern Reflections® store in Canada. Northern Reflections® Gift Cards purchased in the U.S. can only be used in the U.S. Please refer to our Store Locator feature on our Web site to locate the nearest Northern Reflections® store.

3. Do the Northern Reflections® Gift Cards expire?
Yes, the gift card and any remaining balance will expire 12 months after purchase.

4. How do I check my balance?
You can check your balance by bringing your card to any Northern Reflections® store location near you.

5. Can I replace a lost or stolen Gift Card?
Yes, Northern Reflections® will only reissue Gift Cards for lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged cards with proof of purchase (i.e. Original sales receipt together with proper identification). Northern Reflections® is not responsible for replacing cards used without your knowledge or consent.

6. How do I obtain a replacement for a lost or stolen Gift Card?
To obtain a replacement Gift Card for a lost or stolen card, please mail in the original sales receipt, showing the card purchase together with your full name and mailing address to:

A replacement card containing the last balance will be mailed back to you accordingly. Please allow several weeks for processing.

7. What are the terms and conditions related to the use of a Northern Reflections® Gift Card?
- Purchase of this card is final and non-refundable
- This card is only redeemable for merchandise at any Northern Reflections® store (subject to any restrictions imposed by law).
- Card balances may be checked by bringing your card to any Northern Reflections® store location.
- The card has no value until activated at the cash register
- The Northern Reflections® Gift Card has no implied warranties and is not a credit or debit card
- The Northern Reflections® Gift Card is redeemable for merchandise only and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, check or credit. It may not be used for payment on any credit or loan account.

8. Are Northern Friends Reward Dollars rewarded when purchasing a Gift Card?
No, the purchase of this card does not entitle the Northern Friends member to earn Northern Friends dollars within the Northern Friends Program. However, Northern Friends dollars are rewarded upon the redemption of a Northern Reflections® Gift Card when purchasing merchandise only.
