where to purchase a gift card
Northern Reflections gift cards may be purchased at any one of our stores in Canada for any amount up to $250 per card. You can also purchase gift cards online in values of $25, $50, $75, $100 or $150.
how to redeem
Gift cards may be redeemed for merchandise at any Northern Reflections location. Regretfully gift cards cannot be used as payment for online orders at this time.
terms & conditions
The purchase of a gift card is final and non-refundable. A gift card and any remaining balance will not expire. A gift card is redeemable for merchandise (subject to any restrictions imposed by law), and may not be redeemed for cash. Purchase of a gift card does not entitle the purchaser to earn Northern Friends Dollars within the Northern Friends Rewards Program®, nor can Northern Friends Dollars be redeemed to purchase gift cards. For online purchases of gift cards, applicable taxes will not be added, but may be applied to the related shipping charges.
to check the balance on a gift card
Bring your card into any Northern Reflections store or contact our customer service department, Please have your card handy to reference the number printed on the back of the card below the bar code.
lost or stolen card
Northern Reflections Ltd. is not responsible for replacing gift cards used without your knowledge or consent. We will be pleased to reissue a gift card for any outstanding balance on lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged cards with proof of purchase (i.e. original sales receipt together with proper identification).
expired gift cards
If you have a gift card purchased prior to September 1, 2007, please contact our customer service department to arrange for the card to be re-activated.
