Creating an online shopping account allows you to set up your payment, shipping and billing addresses one time only, making your shopping experience quick and efficient. It also allows you to view the status of your orders, tracking numbers and shopping history.
creating an account
To create an online shopping account, simply select the link to “My Account” from the top of any page and complete the “New Customers” section.
updating your account information
To change your email address, password, pre-set payment method, shipping and billing address information, select the link to “My Account” from the top of any page and log-in using your current email address and password; then make the desired changes.
checking order history
Simply log-in to your online shopping account to view your complete order history.
All prices on the website are in Canadian currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards as payment. Regretfully Northern Reflections Gift Cards and Northern Friends Dollars cannot be accepted on-line at this time. Gift Cards and Northern Friends Dollars are gladly accepted at any Northern Reflections store location.
Taxes are applicable for all orders shipped to Canadian destinations, calculated based on the shipping address.
Orders to USA destinations are non-taxable.
northern friends accounts
To earn Northern Friends Dollars on your on-line purchase, just enter your Friends card number on the checkout page in the additional info section.
Please note that Northern Friends Rewards can be earned on online purchases, but can only be redeemed in stores.
Any current promotional coupon codes are displayed on our home page banner or on our promotion bar at the top of every page and may be entered at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page. Click on the “Apply” button to re-calculate your order with the promotional discount.
Please provide the billing address associated with the payment credit card.
Shipping in Canada
We are pleased to offer shipping via Canada Post to all Canadian addresses except post office boxes.
Shipping to the Canadian Territories and some remote locations may take longer.
We do not currently offer an express shipping option.
Gift wrapping is not available.
Northern Reflections Gift Cards are mailed out at no extra charge, and require a signature upon delivery.
Any order containing a Northern Reflections Gift Card will require a signature upon delivery.
A tracking number will be sent when the order has shipped, which can be used on the Canada Post website.
Ship to Store
We are pleased to offer free shipping to any of our retail locations.
This method of shipping takes longer than with Canada Post, as all Ship to Store orders are shipped inside regular stock shipments going to our stores. Stores do not receive shipments daily.
No tracking numbers are available for Ship to Store Orders.
Once your order has arrived in-store, an Associate will contact you at the telephone number provided, to let you know that your order is available for pickup.
NOTE: The status of your order will change to “Shipped” as soon as the order has been packaged. Your order will go inside the next shipment to the store which could take up to an additional 4 business days.
Shipping to US
All orders are processed in Canadian dollars and shipped with Canada Post/USPS.
A flat shipping rate of $18.95 is added to all US orders, regardless of price.
We do not offer express shipping to US addresses.
Shipping to Hawaii, Guam, AF bases and some remote locations may take longer.
US Customs may impose duties on any orders. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
To avoid unexpected duties or fees, please keep your orders below $200, as this is considered a purchase for personal use. If you have any questions regarding customs duties and fees, please contact the USA Customs authority.
A tracking number will be sent when the order has shipped. Once the parcel has arrived in the US, tracking can only be found using the United States Postal Service website.
We do not offer shipping to any other countries at this time.
changes to order
Changes may be made to an order prior to shipping. Please contact our customer service department to partially or completely cancel an order, add items to an open order or change shipping options.
A printed page is included with each order along with a pre-printed shipping label and detailed instructions for returns and exchanges.
Items purchased on-line may be returned to any Northern Reflections store location in Canada for refund or exchange following the same practices for in-store purchases. The customer invoice, included with the shipment, must be presented as the original sales receipt.
return by mail
For returns received within 30 days of the order date we will be pleased to provide a full refund to the card used for the purchase. For returns received after 30 days of the order date, a refund for the current selling price of the item(s) will be made to the card used for the purchase. Shipping charges and return postage are non-refundable. We are not responsible for packages lost. For this reason, we suggest shipping your return using a trackable shipping method. Should you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service department at 1-877-467-5967 to ensure that shipping charges are waived on the exchange order.
