Management Trainee

role:

Northern Reflections is looking for a Management Trainee to join our store team. As Management Trainee, you will play a vital role in the Store Management Team. Working with the Store Manager, you will assist in the day to day leadership and management of a Northern store while living the company values. You are fully responsible for all aspects of the store during your days in charge. You will focus on customer service and will be accountable for both personal and store productivity results against Northern’s productivity standards. The role of the Management Trainee is to develop the skills and knowledge to grow into an Assistant Manager role.

responsibilities:

• - Meet or exceed daily both personal and store sales budgets
• - Assist the Store Management team in delivering Company objectives and inititives
• - Personally uses and coaches Associates to use Northern’s Fundamental Sales Program with each and every customer
• - Ensure the achievement of customer satisfaction through strong customer service
• - Partners with store manager to effectively coach and provide feedback to Associates on personal productivity measures
• - Participates in planning and implementing visual directions and layouts
• - Actively recruits Sales Associate candidates
• - Performs various tasks to ensure a neat, clean and well presented store

qualifications:

• - Minimum of 1-2 years retail experience with some exposure to store management
• - Proven leadership and coaching skills
• - An excellent fashion sense and visual presentation skills
• - Demonstrate initiative and work well with a productive team
• - Ability to work in a variety of locations within your geographic area
